Ethics and Leadership

I’m going to keep this brief, as the message needs to be clear. Also, I recommend watching the entire board meeting from April 27 to understand the importance of this message.

I support the community vote to recall of any director for proven fiscal negligence and fiduciary irresponsibility.

Some say we need to ”focus on the issue at hand” and “stay on task,” meaning to only worry about reversing Lot D by referendum.

To that I just want to say this: those who voted for Lot D to proceed at $1.6M can simply change any one thing and take it to a new Board vote.

The can simply remove the lights and vote it in again.

They can remove the parking lot and vote to proceed again.

They can even ADD something l, like sun shades or benches, and vote to approve it, again.

It would a different package, and therefore a new action item, deserving of a vote. Make no mistake… the pickleball advocates will do what they need to get it re-introduced.

The only way to stop this irresponsibility and negligence is to remove the problem.

So with this, I ask you give consideration to the removal of any board member you feel is acting unethically and not in the interest of the community at large.

The documents will be circulating, and now is the time to sign the forms for making things right. This is where the community has a voice.

Let your voice be heard. Take action now.
