Presidents’ 5.1.23 Letter - Response

Ms. Swisher, as President, issued a communication to residents through official channels without consulting any other board members. This directly violates the ‘Role of the Board President’ guidelines that were established by all seven board members on March 3, 2023 at the Organizational Meeting.
